Beauty Pageant at a glittering function at Jackson Theater(Gary Soren Smith Center), Fremont, California on Saturday night February 19th, 2005.
Contestants from all over USA and Canada participated in this pageant.
At the Final round in "Question & Answer" segment, the question was - "If you don't win, beside you whom will you select as a winner and why?
You have to be specific on your answer." Sarmi's prompt answer was "One of my friend is here, she is Ms.Texas.
I will choose her as because she is not just beautiful from outside, she is a beautiful person from inside too and her
inside beauty reflects onto your eyes. And of course, if I don't win obviously I will be devastated, but I allways believe that
pageant is a platform to follow the field we want, the platform to voice our opinion, which makes us stronger and provide us self
confidence and our own identity. So that way tonight we all are already a winner." Jackson theater hall emerged with clapping when
she finished her answer.
